Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The carrier used will depend on your location and the size of your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Donanova is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship within the Netherlands and may ship to other EU countries. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
