Refund & Return Policy

At Donanova, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Dutch consumer law (Wet Koop op Afstand).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for return:

Personalised or custom-made items
Perishable goods
Items marked as final sale
Hygiene products that have been opened

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 calendar days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
